THIS LOT IS FOR TWO OF THE SAME CARDS DESCRIBED BELOW. This is Jim Kelly's FIRST Buffalo Bills trading card and is considered his rookie Bills card (after the two cards came out in 1984 and 1985 with him playing in the USFL). There are TONS of his regular 1987 Topps cards on eBay. This was given out by the Erie/Niagara Sheriff's Department and there are VERY FEW of these for sale today (look on eBay yourself to see all of the Topps ones out there which this is NOT). This Police issue is much scarcer since it is the ONLY one on eBay at the time of this listing which is on 7.19.09. This card was also sponsored by Louis Rich, Claussen and WBEN radio 930. It includes Kelly's career stats which were only from his two years with the NFL. It also has "Tips from the Sheriff" where Jim Kelly gives advice about not using drugs or alcohol. The corners are sharp and the edges are clean on this card. (
